Didem is responsible for leading application teams that define ingredient functionality and translate product knowledge into category-specific application know-how. She is responsible for helping to create a customer-centric culture of innovation and technical excellence, building in-depth knowledge of food and beverage formulations and processes to drive growth for the company. Didem holds a PhD in food science from Rutgers University, and Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in food engineering from Middle East Technical University, Turkey.
