Before joining ADM, Brad led billion-dollar portfolios of iconic brands at Procter & Gamble and the Kellogg Company. He holds an undergraduate degree in Business from Indiana University-Bloomington, and an MBA with Distinction from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University.
