Marjolijn has over 15 years of experience in various expert and leadership roles in the field of nutrition and health. She holds a MSc in Health Sciences and a PhD in Human Biology from Maastricht University, The Netherlands. From 2009 to 2022, Marjolijn worked in the dairy industry on end-product and ingredient innovation for adult and early life nutrition. Currently, Marjolijn is working as programme manager, Nutrition for Optimal Health at Wageningen Food & Biobased Research, to stimulate research collaborations and public private partnerships to improve nutrition for promoting health across the lifespan.
