Smith is an innovator and entrepreneur in the food processing industry, currently serving as the Managing Director of Nithi Foods, a US$10 million spice and seasoning manufacturer. As the second-generation leader of the family business, he increased revenue by 300% in his first eight years, growing the company to a team of 160. Smith is also the CEO of Let’s Plant Meat, a plant-based meat alternative brand in Thailand focused on providing tasty, healthy, and sustainable food options. Beyond his business ventures, Smith is deeply involved in social and industry leadership roles, including serving as Vice Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) – Chiang Mai Chapter, former President of the FTI Young CEO Group, and a committee member of Chiang Mai Creative City. He also sits on the Maejo University Public Affairs Board and regularly lectures on business, marketing, and sustainability at universities.
