Sara heads up Medical, Scientific and Regulatory Affairs for the Nutrition business of Nestlé which provides a wide range of products and services across every life stage – from pre-conception to adult nutrition. With a pharmacist degree and PhD in Clinical Pharmacology, Sara has a strong background in academia, proven entrepreneurship and extensive experience in nutrition including through her tenure at Nestlé Research and Development looking after the company’s long-term research pipeline for nutrition solutions in a child’s early years as well as end-to-end clinical trials at Nestlé’s Clinical Research Unit encompassing some 70 trials worldwide.
