Tomás is the Vice President of Strategy and Commercial Excellence for Mondelēz International, covering the Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa (AMEA) regions. He has nearly two decades of consumer business experience, most recently serving as President for the APAC Region at Dyson, where he achieved exceptional results and led the growth of Dyson's Asia business, including a turnaround in Korea. Tomás also held the role of Managing Director for the Benelux region, driving expansion and business model transformation. Before Dyson, he spent over six years at Philips, demonstrating commercial acumen and developing leadership talent. He began his career at P&G, focusing on sales and account leadership in Europe. Tomás is also an Advisory Board Member for Enabling Leadership, a global non-profit fostering leadership skills in children.
