Charlotte is the founder and creator of the Mena Food range, the UK's first functional food formulated to improve the lives of peri-menopausal and menopausal women across the UK. With a background in pharmaceuticals, herbology and 14 years in science education, she looked to plant medicine when her own menopausal symptoms began. After discovering women in other cultures across the world do not suffer with the symptoms of menopause due to daily diets containing natural phytoestrogens, she realised there was a natural, safe, nutritious alternative that would change the narrative surrounding menopause for millions of women.
