Jennifer serves as the Global Food & Health Applications Manager at Lycored where she is responsible for managing the application of Lycored’s entire product portfolio of colour, taste, texture and health solutions. With over 12 years of global experience in the food industry in both the B2B and B2C segments, she leads Lycored’s global applications team - working closely with R&D, product, sales, and marketing to successfully launch innovative ingredient solutions and explore new end application potential to support consumer demands in the food and beverage, health and wellness, and supplement industries.
