With 30 years of experience in the taste and flavour industry, Emma began her career with McCormick UK in product development before relocating to Australia in 2002. She spent 15 years with Firmenich Australia, working across sales and business development. In 2017, Emma joined Kerry as Business Development Director for its Taste business across Australia and New Zealand.
