Elizabeth iz is currently Snacks, Bakery, and Confectionery Global Applications Sr Manager leading consumer-preferred Textured, Tasteful, and Healthful solutions for consumer’s favourite food categories. Prior to Ingredion, Liz held various roles in the food industry that spanned B2B and B2C organizations, including Tate & Lyle, Campbell Soup Company, Puratos and J. Rettenmaier. She is recognized for her leadership in cross-functional problem-solving and strong collaborations to establish the strategic direction of customer-centric growth initiatives. Liz holds a bachelor’s degree in food science from Pennsylvania State University and a master’s degree in food science from Iowa State University.
