Midey global supports across categories the innovation work for healthier, tastier food that is reduced in sugar and salt. She been working in the food and food ingredients industry for over 20 years, with a special focus and passion for working with caloric and non-caloric sweeteners, bulking systems and flavor modulation. Midey has a specialization in physicochemical and functionality of food ingredients from Wageningen University and an MBA in Strategy Marketing from the University of Amsterdam.
