He is also responsible for organising a number of high-level food, hospitality, nutrition and cosmetics conferences, awards and summits. Gary has hosted, presented and moderated at conferences and award shows around the world, and has regularly appeared on TV and radio to discuss the food and nutrition, travel and tourism, media and marketing industries.
