Molecular biologist Rune has dedicated his career to employing nutrition science in pursuit of physiological optimization. Having worked for large corporations like DuPont and Arla as R&D creative, for professional footballers as a consultant and more recently as founder of Clutch Nutrition, his work has covered clinical research and product development on both ingredients and finished products in areas spanning clinical nutrition to sports nutrition, proteins to probiotics and beverages to supplements. Clutch Nutrition has already set new standards in health and functionality in the beverage space, and in early 2025 they will be launching stress-reducing “Mood Bites”.
