Harri has been responsible for Valio’s R&D organization since 2019. He has worked there over 25 years, in different leading positions focusing on product research and development. Harri has a long hands-on experience in R&D work with wide range of dairy products. A significant part of the work has been related to technology and process development scaling up to production, and also technology transfer for Valio’s licensees and customers. He has worked in research projects in collaboration with universities and research institutes. He is a co-inventor in 11 patents and patent applications, and a co-author of 8 peer-reviewed publications.
